Start your child on the path to success

Our comprehensive services provide free educational, developmental, family support, and early childhood services to low-income families with children from birth to age 5, pregnant women, and over-income families who have a child with a diagnosed disability.

Enrollment eligibility information

To qualify for Head Start or Early Head Start, a family must meet certain age and income eligibility requirements.

Eligible Families & Children

  • Children with a diagnosed disability (regardless of family income)
  • Children or families dealing with homelessness
  • Foster care children

Application process

Our enrollment process starts when you contact our facilities or visit our office. We provide you with important information about our services and guide you through the application process. We show you which forms to fill out and notify you of what information we need from you. You are then set up with a staff member who helps you go through the relevant paperwork. Your application will then be evaluated based on our scoring system to determine eligibility. You will be notified when you are accepted into our program or have been placed on a waiting list.
